1. Scope
These Terms apply to the Juno consumer app, the Juno Business app, and the business web panels (provider, merchant, retailer, real-estate, insurance, jobs, advertiser). Juno is a marketplace: businesses sell to you; Juno provides the platform, payments and fiscal tooling.
2. Your account
One account per person, 18 or older. Keep your sign-in methods and backup codes safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. A business is a workspace inside your account — owners can invite teammates with roles.
3. Verification
To sell, offer services, publish events, hire or list on Juno you must verify your identity with a Cédula and selfie, and your tax identity with an active RNC. Companies must prove the authority of the person acting for them. We may re-verify, suspend or decline accounts that fail these checks.
4. Buying on Juno
Prices are shown in DOP with ITBIS included. Your contract for goods or services is with the business; Juno holds payment until the order is completed and releases it to the business. Cancellation and refund windows are shown on each order before you confirm.
5. Business obligations
- Publish accurate listings, prices and availability; honour confirmed orders and bookings.
- Comply with applicable consumer, tax and labour law, including Pro Consumidor rules and DGII obligations.
- Use customer data only to fulfil the transaction.
- Pay the fees published on the fees page, deducted from each sale.
6. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by licensed payment partners. Business funds sit in a Juno wallet and are paid out to a bank account in the business's legal name, normally T+1 after request. Two-step sign-in is required for payouts. We may hold funds where fraud or a dispute is suspected.
7. Fiscal documents
Juno issues NCF / e-NCF on behalf of businesses using the sequences they authorise, following DGII rules. The business remains the issuer and is responsible for the accuracy of its tax data.
8. Conduct
No prohibited goods, no discrimination, no harassment, no fee circumvention, no fake reviews. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Liability
Juno provides the platform “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid Juno in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
10. Disputes
Start with the order's Help section or support. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic and brought before the courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
